Atty. Mangulabnan is a Junior Partner in the Law Firm. Owing to his experience with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Atty. Mangulabnan primarily supports the Litigation Group in land dispute cases, and the real estate group in land titling projects. He obtained his degree in Philosophy from San Pablo Seminary in Baguio City, as Cum Laude. Meanwhile, he obtained his Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University, Baguio. He was then admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020. Prior to joining the Firm, he held various government positions, such as a teaching position at Isabela State University, and legal officer position in the DENR.

Atty. Arugay is the current Managing Partner of the Law Firm. He also heads the Firm’s Litigation and Corporate Compliance Departments. He brings a wealth of experience over a wide range of practice areas covering corporate governance and regulatory compliance, foreign investment, corporate restructuring, mergers, dissolution and liquidation, appellate cases involving complicated questions of law, criminal litigation, civil and commercial cases, labor disputes, government transactions, public interest cases, intellectual property and data privacy. Atty. Arugay has represented clients before arbitration tribunals and at all court levels – including the Supreme Court En Banc – where he has participated in a high-profile oral argument regarding the constitutionality of several pieces of local legislation affecting the transport sector. He has represented clients in various administrative, quasi-judicial, and regulatory bodies, such as the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB), the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) now Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), and the Office of the Ombudsman (OMB), among many others.
