Atty. Arugay is the current Managing Partner of the Law Firm. He also heads the Firm’s Litigation and Corporate Compliance Departments. He has the pedigree of handling the Philippine Law compliance of a multinational IT Company, advising on the legal requirements for the hundred-million-peso launching of the said company’s software products. Atty. Arugay has represented clients in all court levels, including the Supreme Court En Banc. He has also represented clients in various administrative and quasi-judicial bodies, such as the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC), the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB), the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), and the Office of the Ombudsman, among many others.
